Frank Walters EDAC Trailblazer Award
The EDAC Trailblazer Award was established to recognize an early career / career advancement professional (<12 years as a Certified Athletic Trainer) who has demonstrated leadership & mentorship of ethnically diverse individuals & has fostered growth & a visionary approach towards ethnically diverse athletic trainers and/or patient populations.
Award Eligibility
- NATA members nominated must be in good standing
- Non-NATA members may be nominated
- Candidates are not required to be a member of an underrepresented ethnically diverse population
